To Mua is strategically located, serving as a central hub for trade and services, connecting five communes and wards along Provincial Road 101 (including Van Ho, Thao Nguyen, Doan Ket, Song Khua, and Tan Phong). Notably, with 15.8 km of the Hoa Binh - Moc Chau expressway passing through the commune and two rest stops in Na Cha village, To Mua is poised for significant opportunities to develop trade and services, attract investment, and connect with Hanoi and other delta provinces, creating momentum for tourism and local economic development. To Mua commune currently boasts four tourist attractions and scenic spots: Nang Tien Waterfall, Bay Tang Waterfall, Suoi Tan Waterfall, and Tat Cang Waterfall; and two spiritual tourism sites: Nang Bang Muong Temple and Tang Me Burial Cave. With its pristine natural landscapes, pleasant climate, and unique ethnic cultural identity, the locality welcomes over 30,000 visitors annually, generating more than 12 billion VND in tourism revenue.

Mr. Nguyen Manh Thang, Chairman of the People's Committee of To Mua Commune, said: "The Hoa Binh - Moc Chau expressway is a crucial driving force for the breakthrough development of tourism in To Mua. The commune government has developed and implemented many solutions to seize the opportunity when the project is completed in 2028, aiming to welcome over 100,000 tourists and achieve service revenue exceeding 50 billion VND. The commune is focusing on reviewing land resources, orienting service areas, homestays, and community cultural spaces, and building and developing unique local products and services."
In addition, the commune has intensified its efforts to promote its natural and cultural image. Since the beginning of the year, the commune has collaborated with Vietnam Television to produce three tourism programs, broadcast on VTV's platforms; and 10 news reports for the provincial television station. Simultaneously, it organized a training course on tourism skills for 20 members of cooperatives and tourism businesses in the area, organized by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

After completion, we expect to welcome approximately 300,000 visitors annually, creating jobs for 300-700 workers in the commune. At the same time, it will contribute to promoting organic agriculture, expanding markets for agricultural products, medicinal herbs, brocade, and OCOP products, creating more sustainable livelihoods for the people. After receiving provincial approval for the investment plan, the company commits to maintaining the current state of over 56 hectares of protective forest, agricultural land, rivers, streams, and ecological corridors, minimizing the impact on the natural environment."
