Painter Le Chuong, Chairman of the Vietnam Association of Literature and Arts, said: Every year, the Association organizes 4 creative camps, encouraging writers and artists to have works that truly breathe life, arouse aspirations, preserve national culture and spread good values. At each creative camp, dozens of members participate in creating hundreds of literary works, poems, collecting and researching folk literature, fine arts and photography.

It can be said that, with real life experience, enthusiasm, rich experience, and artistic perspective, writers and artists exploit the good traditional cultural values ​​of ethnic groups, create many unique works of art, contributing to the propaganda, promotion, and honor of the traditional cultural beauty preserved for thousands of years.

In the field of literature, new and emotional poetic ideas; articles, notes, short stories, with their vibrations, not only express artistic value, but also truly reflect the land and people of Son La. Among them, we must mention the poetry collection "Finding sentences throughout the land of Muong Va" by author Hoang Huu Khai; the poetry collection "The soul of the gong keeps the soul" by Kieu Duy Khanh; the short story "Personality" by Ho A Di; the essay "Nang Han and the local gods" by Dieu Chinh Toi; the Thai poetry collection "Where the soldiers built villages and built villages" by Luong Thi Niu. In the field of fine arts, artists go into the field, exploit images through artistic perspectives, using modern shaping techniques, with concise lines, sophisticated shaping language, many authors express works of high artistic value, rich in emotion, depicting natural landscapes, portraits, and daily life of the people. For photography, despite its own specificity, it requires artists to be extremely quick to be able to catch the moments of light, rhythm, natural landscapes, and people. However, with a sharp, dynamic mind and a love for art, the authors have created extremely realistic photos. Among them, we must mention the works "Border Strip" by Nguyen Manh Hai; "Golden Season of Phieng Mut" by Ngoc Vinh; "New Day of Phu Yen" by Trang A Chu; "Embroidery Scarf Pieu" by Dieu Chinh Toi...

Many songs are imbued with the elements of mountainous folk songs, creating an attractive picture of typical cultural and artistic features, creating a musical style with the individual style of each artist.
