1. Working groups carrying out tasks
1.1. The working group surveyed and worked with relevant departments and agencies of Hua Phan province.
- Content: Agree on the content, time, location, security and order arrangements; environment and conditions for organizing the "Son La - Hua Phan Cultural Tourism Festival 2024"; overall decoration, opening ceremony program… with the Department of Information, Culture and Tourism of Hua Phan province.
- The working group, conducting surveys and working in Hua Phan province, Lao People's Democratic Republic, includes: Leaders and specialists from the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Department of Foreign Affairs, the Provincial Border Guard Command, the Provincial Police, the Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Center; leaders from the Provincial People's Committee Office; the Science, Education and Social Affairs Department, and the Provincial Music and Dance Theatre. - Time: Expected from February 27-29, 2024.
