1. Working groups deploy tasks

1.1. The working group surveyed and worked with relevant departments and branches of Hua Phan province.

- Content: Agree on the content, time, location, security and order assurance; environment and conditions for organizing the activities of "Son La - Hua Phan Cultural Tourism Festival 2024"; overall decoration, opening program... with the Department of Information - Culture and Tourism of Hua Phan province.

- The delegation conducted a survey and worked in Hua Phan province, Lao PDR, including: Leaders and experts from the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Department of Foreign Affairs, Provincial Border Guard Command, Provincial Police, Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion; leaders of the Provincial People's Committee Office; Department of Science and Education - Culture and Society, Provincial Music and Dance Theater. - Time: Expected from February 27 - 29, 2024.
