Departments, branches, and district-level People's Committees proactively coordinate with companies and enterprises to propagate, mobilize, advise, provide career guidance, provide vocational training, and send Son La province workers to work abroad. Currently, the Department of Home Affairs has reviewed legal documents, introduced the People's Committees of districts, towns, and cities to create conditions, coordinate with 17 companies and enterprises providing services to send Vietnamese workers to work abroad, consult, select, and send 173 Son La province workers to work in countries such as Taiwan, Japan, and Korea.
Ms. Mua Thi Sinh, Vice Chairman of Muong La District People's Committee, informed: The district actively coordinates with reputable companies and enterprises operating in the field of labor export to promote propaganda and mobilize people to understand correctly and fully the benefits and support policies of the labor export program. Since the beginning of the year, the district has had 16 workers working abroad, 27 of whom are being trained in Japanese to work in Japan in the future.

In Son La province, there are units: Viet Thang International Development Joint Stock Company; Trade and Tourism Labor Export Joint Stock Company (TTLC); Tin Phat International Education Investment Cooperation Joint Stock Company; Vietnam Human Resources and Construction Joint Stock Company... coordinating with localities to propagate, consult, open vocational training and foreign language classes for workers going to work abroad in many fields and professions.
Mr. Hoang Thach Hao Quang, Deputy General Director of the Trade and Tourism Labor Export Joint Stock Company (TTLC), informed: Since April, the company has organized consulting and career orientation conferences for workers going to work abroad in the districts of Thuan Chau, Song Ma, Muong La, Sop Cop, Quynh Nhai, attracting over 700 participants. Up to now, 55 people have registered to work abroad, mainly in the fields of garment and component assembly. The company is opening 2 Japanese language training classes for 4-6 months in Song Ma and Muong La districts. It is expected to open another class in Quynh Nhai district. After learning the language, workers will be trained in skills before going to work in Japan.
After receiving advice and support from TTLC Company, Ms. Lo Thi Cuong, Khua Vai village, Ngoc Chien commune, registered to work in Japan. Ms. Cuong said: After TTLC Company came to the commune to provide job advice, along with the enthusiastic support of the locality and relevant agencies, I completed my application and prepared to work in Japan.
