Thirty stalls selling plums and other safe agricultural products and food from Son La province are on display in Hanoi for one week, aiming to introduce them to consumers in the capital city as well as open opportunities for consumption in domestic and export markets.
The "Son La Province Plum and Safe Agricultural Products & Food Week in Hanoi 2025" officially opened on the evening of June 12th at Ho Den Lu Lake, Hoang Van Thu Ward, Hoang Mai District, Hanoi. Shopping activities will take place from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily and will continue until June 15th.

This year's event features 30 booths from businesses and cooperatives in the districts, towns, and cities of Son La province, aiming to become a reputable destination to introduce Son La's high-quality, certified, VietGAP, GlobalGAP, and Organic plums and other specialty products to consumers in Hanoi.

According to Ms. Le Thi Hong Anh, Director of the Son La Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Center, by 2025, Son La's late-season plum production is expected to reach approximately 100,000 tons, with its quality increasingly being affirmed.
30 stalls showcased late-season plums and other characteristic specialty products of Son La.
Through this event, plums and other safe agricultural and food products from Son La have the opportunity to connect with the Hanoi market, thereby opening up opportunities for consumption in domestic and export markets, creating breakthroughs in production organization, improving product quality, building brands, boosting agricultural product consumption, and improving people's income and living standards.
Besides showcasing products to consumers in the capital city, the stalls also serve as a place for distributors to find and select suppliers and connect with consumers of safe agricultural products.
