The event will take place over five days, from June 19-23, 2025, in the East Sea Park area of ​​Da Nang city. The "Colors of Son La" art program will feature performances of Thai folk dances, songs, and dances of the Mong and Dao people.

Some geographically indicated specialties of Son La, such as Moc Chau tea and Hau plums, are also present at the OCOP product display booths.

Da Nang city leaders also allocated ample outdoor space at the East Sea Park for Son La tourism businesses to showcase and promote their products to tourists. In addition, the two localities jointly organized a promotional conference to explore future product linkages and address the need for a consistent flow of visitors throughout the seasons.

Son La has an advantage in tourism products based on pristine nature, with resources such as unspoiled ethnic minority villages that have not been commercialized, such as Hang Tau (in Moc Chau) and Ngoc Chien (in Muong La). At the same time, the Moc Chau plateau, with its endless tea hills, ancient plum orchards bursting with white blossoms in spring, or orange and persimmon gardens laden with ripe fruit in late winter, attracts tourists who enjoy taking photos and experiencing the cool mountain air.

Meanwhile, Da Nang – one of the top tourist destinations in the country – has experience in implementing professional international visitor reception services, as well as providing travel services and operating restaurants and hotels to international standards. Da Nang will share its operational experience with businesses from Son La.
