From a model official to a prestigious person trusted by the people
Traveling dozens of kilometers of winding dirt roads to Long Bo village, Chieng Hoa commune, we heard many people talk about Mr. Giang A Cho, who is likened to a "tall tree with great shade" in this highland area.
In our conversation with him, we learned that Mr. Cho used to hold the position of Chairman of the Commune Farmers' Association.Chieng Congold. After his retirement, the villagers continued to trust him and entrusted him with the important responsibility of Village Chief. In 2019, Mr. Cho was recognized as a village elder and a prestigious person.

Mr. Giang A Cho shared: Having worked as a commune and village cadre, I have always been deeply imbued with the Party's policies and guidelines, and the State's policies and laws. I always consider it my duty and responsibility to propagate, mobilize, and educate the people.
“As a village elder and a prestigious person in the village, I always work with the village management board to actively propagate and mobilize people to comply with the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws and policies. We actively participate in the solidarity movement, helping each other develop the economy, eliminate hunger and reduce poverty,” Mr. Cho confided.
