Closing ceremony of the tourism professional training course.

Over three days (from August 13th to 15th), trainees from households and tourism businesses in Bac Yen, Ta Xua, Xim Vang, and Muong Coi communes received training on skills in welcoming and serving tourists; tour guide skills; methods for developing and promoting unique tourism products; communication and courteous behavior; ensuring food safety and hygiene in tourism; and environmental protection in tourism businesses.

The training course provides households and tourism businesses with knowledge and practical skills, contributing to improving service quality and building a tourism image for the communes in particular and Son La province in general, developing in a professional, attractive, and sustainable direction.

At the end of the course, 100% of the participants received certificates of completion for the tourism professional training course.

Certificates of completion were awarded to the participants.
