VHO - Participating in the "Exhibition of National Achievements on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day" with the theme "Son La - Historical imprint, cultural colors and aspirations for development," the Son La Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism developed a design concept and exhibition space using 3D models; organized indoors on an area of 180m2.
The colorful culture of Son La
The exhibition is divided into three parts: Part 1: Son La - Historical Milestones; Part 2: Son La - Cultural Colors; Part 3: Son La Shining Towards the Future.
The exhibition space displays artifacts, images, and models, combined with cultural and artistic performances and experiences of the ethnic identities of Son La; it also applies digital technology such as interactive screens, LED screens, lighting effects, and sound... to create a vibrant, attractive space rich in local culture and identity.
The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has collected numerous documents, artifacts, and images for the exhibition; invited artisans to participate in experiential activities; and implemented the bidding process for exhibition-related contracts in accordance with regulations.
Prepare the necessary conditions for the construction, preliminary rehearsal, final rehearsal, display, opening and closing ceremonies of the exhibition in Hanoi as planned, expected to take place from August 11th to September 5th, 2025.
Ms. Trang Thi Xuan, Standing Vice Chairwoman of the Son La Provincial People's Committee, agreed with the exhibition plan and ideas developed by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
Ms. Trang Thi Xuan requested the Department to implement the tasks according to the plan, ensuring that the content, form, and scale are appropriate to the allocated budget.
Research and collect new, unique, and characteristic images and documents that represent the culture and outstanding achievements of the province, creating a distinctive mark in the exhibition and contributing to promoting a beautiful image of Son La.
In implementing the plan to organize the "Exhibition of National Achievements on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day" in Hanoi, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Son La province proactively advised and proposed tasks and budget estimates to the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism; at the same time, it submitted to the Provincial People's Committee for issuance the Plan to organize the Exhibition of socio-economic achievements of Son La province.
The Department has directed its specialized departments and affiliated units to carry out preparatory work; develop exhibition content, design mockups and construction plans, and submit them to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism for feedback twice.
