Leaders of the two provinces cut the ribbon to inaugurate the project.

The Inpatient Treatment Building at Muong Et District Hospital is an important project contributing to improving the quality of facilities serving medical examination and treatment activities in Muong Et district in particular, and Hua Phan province in general. This project is a timely and effective support from Son La province to Hua Phan province, demonstrating the special close and practical relationship and comprehensive cooperation between the two provinces.

Speaking at the ceremony on behalf of the Son La provincial leadership, Comrade Cha A Cua expressed his hope that upon completion, this facility will operate effectively and contribute to improving the quality of medical examination, treatment, and healthcare services for the people. The newly inaugurated inpatient department is not only an expansion of space and an increase in the number of beds but, more importantly, it elevates the level of operations, expands treatment areas, meets the demands for specialized examinations and treatments, and creates more favorable conditions for people in Muong Et district and neighboring districts to access modern healthcare services, thereby reducing the number of serious cases that need to be referred to higher-level facilities, saving both time and costs for patients.

Comrade Phut Phan Keo Vong Xay, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Deputy Governor of Hua Phan Province, on behalf of the Party Committee, Government, and People of all ethnic groups in Hua Phan Province, expressed sincere gratitude and thanks to the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Son La Province, and to the leaders of Son La Province personally, for their attention and assistance given to Hua Phan Province over the past time. This attention reflects the good traditional friendship, special solidarity, and comprehensive cooperation between the two countries in general, and between Hua Phan Province and Son La Province in particular.

The comrade also promised Son La province, and assigned the task to the leaders of Muong Et district and the Muong Et district health department, to maintain and use the facility effectively, bringing the highest benefits in ensuring healthcare for officials and people in Muong Et district.
