On August 21st, the unit collaborated with sponsors, teachers, and residents of Phiêng Pằn commune to construct a concrete road from the main inter-communal road to Hua Bó kindergarten and Phiêng Pằn primary school.

The Son La Border Guard has mobilized machinery to construct the road.
To carry out the construction, the Son La Provincial Border Guard mobilized specialized machinery and equipment and assigned 20 officers and soldiers from the Phieng Pan Border Guard Post to directly coordinate with teachers, parents, and local people in the commune to implement the project.
After a day of intensive construction, the road has been completed, ensuring quality and timely progress. This is a practical gift that will help teachers and students get to school more easily in the new school year.

Essential supplies were delivered to people affected by the floods.
