On August 28th, Son La Power Company held an inauguration and handover ceremony for the "Lighting Up the Border Region" project in Ket Hay village, Phieng Pan commune.

The project was implemented along a 700-meter stretch of road from Ket Hay village to the center of Phieng Pan commune, with 17 streetlights, each 4kW in power, at a total cost of 40 million VND. This project commemorates the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2nd.
