The brand identity, recently approved and announced by the Organizing Committee of the Anniversary Celebration, includes: the 130th anniversary logo; Facebook and Zalo avatars; outdoor billboards; promotional mascots printed on canvas bags, t-shirts, and keychains; a set of images related to the culture of the 12 ethnic groups of Son La province under the theme "Son La Girl"; and a check-in model to promote the event…

The highlight of the brand identity is the 130th anniversary logo, exquisitely designed, highly recognizable, and incorporating characteristic motifs of Son La. The logo symbolizes the inheritance and development of heritage over 130 years, affirming the province's position, vision, and aspirations for future development. It is the culmination of history, culture, and the spirit of innovation in the western region of Vietnam.

Officials and civil servants in Binh Thuan commune responded by changing their profile pictures on Facebook and Zalo to include a framed image commemorating the 130th anniversary.
Mr. Pham Dai Phong, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, informed: In order for the Ministry to recognize and for the content of the propaganda celebrating the 130th anniversary of the founding of Son La province to have a strong impact on the whole society, the Department has sent a document to departments, agencies, communes, and wards; especially media agencies to strengthen propaganda and call for the participation of officials, civil servants, employees and the people through both direct and online forms. At the same time, the Department sent notifications to the Departments of Culture, Sports and Tourism of provinces and cities nationwide, and press agencies to support the communication of the event's content.

From October 1st, 2025, the brand identity will appear uniformly on the electronic portals/websites, electronic billboards, and public screens of agencies and units, displayed on the homepage of Son La Newspaper's online edition, and on the fan pages of Son La Newspaper and Radio and Television... The brand identity images will also spread widely on social media platforms, shared by many people in Son La with pride in anticipation of the great anniversary of their homeland.
