The delegation from Xieng Khouang province, Lao People's Democratic Republic, led by Comrade Bun Chan-Si Vong Phan, Member of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Governor, and the delegation from Hua Phan province, led by Comrade Bun Luoi-Suk Thi Vong, Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs, attended the 130th anniversary celebration of Son La province.

Welcoming the delegations were Ms. Trang Thi Xuan, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; and leaders of several provincial departments and agencies.
Leaders of Son La province presented flowers to welcome the delegation from Xieng Khouang province, Lao People's Democratic Republic.
At the reception, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee thanked the provinces for taking the time to visit Son La; and also informed the delegations about the time, location, and activities within the framework of the celebration of the 130th anniversary of the founding of Son La province.

The delegations from Xieng Khouang and Hua Phan provinces expressed their gratitude for the thoughtful and respectful reception from Son La province; and congratulated Son La province on its achievements in recent years. They also hoped that Son La province would continue to strengthen comprehensive cooperation in all fields, building an increasingly strong and ever-developing friendship and cooperative relationship.
