(Phu Yen) On January 20, at Huy Tan commune, the Humanitarian Television Center, Vietnam Television in collaboration with the People's Committee of Phu Yen district organized the opening ceremony of the program "Tet compatriots 2024"; Attending the program were Deputy Minister, Vice Chairman of the Government Committee for Ethnic Minorities Nong Thi Ha; representatives of Vietnam Television; Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province; Representatives of Friendship Hospital. Speaking at the opening ceremony of the program, the leader of the Humanitarian Television Center shared: Phu Yen is one of the mountainous districts of Son La province, where about 88% of the people are ethnic minorities, and their lives are still difficult and deprived. This year, the Center chose Phu Yen district, Son La province as the venue with the desire to bring people a warm and happy Tet. After 5 successful times of organizing "Tet dong dong" in 5 provinces with a series of diverse activities, "Tet dong dong" has left many good impressions in the hearts of the people. The journey full of love of "Tet dong dong" will continue to travel to remote areas to light up the hope for a lucky new year, people to welcome a warmer and more complete Tet.
