TPO - Ha Van Sang (born in 1996, Muong ethnic group, Muong Bang commune, Son La province) successfully started a clean agricultural model associated with digital transformation, changing family life; helping and inspiring young people to develop. With that success, he was honored to be nominated for the "Beautiful Youth" Award in 2025 in the field of labor production and economic development.
Taking me to visit the garden, Ha Van Sang shared, "Beautiful Youth" is a noble award of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union to honor outstanding young people, noble and humane actions, demonstrating the spirit of solidarity, mutual love, and sharing difficulties with the community and society. Becoming one of the 20 nominees for the "Beautiful Youth" Award in 2025 is a great honor, pride, and happiness for me and my family.
From zero, with only land given by his parents, Ha Van Sang successfully built a comprehensive farm model and selectedstart-upby creating digital content. Up to now, the two YouTube channels built by Sang have had over 87.8 thousand and 115 thousand subscribers, the TikTok channel has 88.8 thousand followers. With the agricultural model associated with digital transformation, his family's total income currently reaches from 70 to 100 million VND/month.

Having achieved initial success, Ha Van Sang did not keep it to himself, but helped people, especially local youth in need.economic developmentfrom agriculture combined with digital transformation. "Helping,inspirationalGiving to the community is something that needs to be done to contribute to building the homeland. I want to help ethnic youth like me have jobs, income, and stand firm right in our homeland," Ha Van Sang confided.
While visiting the 1-hectare garden, Ha Van Sang shared that in 2014, after graduating from high school, Sang joined the army. After completing his military service, the Muong ethnic man worked as a worker for a while and then returned to his hometown with his wife to start a business. Sang said that on the day he returned home, the couple immediately started to renovate the family's 1-hectare hilly land, invested in a barn to raise livestock and poultry, combined with digging a pond to raise fish and planting fruit trees.
"I started my business with little capital. My husband and I worked very hard, spending a lot of effort to renovate the garden and invest in building barns. At first, due to lack of experience and knowledge, the livestock got sick, leading to losses. But with determination, I worked and learned more techniques on the internet to change the way of raising livestock to suit the needs of the market.climate and soil", Ha Van Sang shared.
Ha Van Sang's economic model of garden, pond, and barn maintains about 700 chickens and ducks; 20 meat goats, 1,000 square meters of pond for raising various types of fish; hundreds of sweet tangerine trees; and nearly 3,000 square meters of garden growing seasonal vegetables, tubers, and fruits.
Along with that, Sang built a 60m2 stilt house, 3 tents for food service, and erected 6 water wheels along Nguon stream to...tourists check in, expand the area of growing vegetables and fruits and prepare conditions to welcome groups of visitors to visit and experience. "I will develop the modelagriculture combined with experiential tourismVisitors can experience the life of farmers; grow and harvest agricultural products, and fish for fun,” Sang said.
