TPO - Ha Van Sang (born in 1996, of the Muong ethnic group, Muong Bang commune, Son La province) has successfully started a clean agriculture model linked with digital transformation, changing his family's life and helping and inspiring young people to develop. With this success, he was honored to be nominated for the "Youth Living Beautifully" Award in 2025 in the field of labor, production, and economic development.

Starting from nothing, with only land given by his parents, Ha Van Sang successfully built a comprehensive farm model and made his choices.startupThrough digital content creation, Sang's two YouTube channels now have over 87,800 and 115,000 subscribers respectively, and his TikTok channel has 88,800 followers. With an agricultural model integrated with digital transformation, his family's total income currently ranges from 70 to 100 million VND per month.

While visiting his one-hectare garden, Ha Van Sang shared that in 2014, after graduating from high school, he enlisted in the army. After completing his military service, the young man of the Muong ethnic group worked as a laborer for a while before returning to his hometown with his wife to start a business. Sang said that upon returning home, he and his wife immediately began transforming their family's approximately one-hectare hilly land, investing in livestock and poultry farming, digging a fish pond, and planting fruit trees.
"I started my business with limited capital. My wife and I worked very hard, putting in a lot of effort to improve the garden and invest in building barns. In the beginning, due to lack of experience and knowledge, the animals contracted diseases, leading to losses. But with determination, I worked and simultaneously learned more techniques online to change my farming methods to suit the situation."climate, soil"Ha Van Sang shared.
Ha Van Sang's integrated farming model (garden, pond, and livestock) maintains approximately 700 chickens and ducks; 20 meat goats; a 1,000m2 pond for raising various types of fish; hundreds of sweet mandarin trees; and nearly 3,000m2 of garden for growing seasonal vegetables, roots, and fruits.
