He also informed them of some outstanding achievements of Son La province in 2023 and the province's major orientations for 2024. Over the years, under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Son La province has always actively contributed to fostering the great relationship, special solidarity, and comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and Laos. Son La province has established friendly cooperative relations with nine provinces in Northern Laos, which are becoming increasingly in-depth, substantive, and effective, especially in supporting infrastructure development, education, training, human resources, disease prevention, and delegation exchanges.
