The delegation visited and learned about the strawberry farming model at the Ichi Strawberry Cooperative in Co Noi commune, which covers over 80 hectares and is expected to produce 1,500-2,000 tons of strawberries this year. The cooperative has proactively linked with consuming units, sought outlets, and collaborated with reputable transportation companies to bring its products to markets in the northern provinces. At the same time, it is researching and studying appropriate transportation and preservation methods to bring strawberries to the southern provinces.

The two delegations visited the 3B cattle farming model of the Son La Agricultural Cooperative in Chieng Mung commune, which has a scale of over 100 beef cattle. They received information on methods and techniques for building barns, storing feed, and managing livestock waste.
Comrade Nguyen Thanh Cong also shared more about policies supporting farmers, inviting and attracting businesses to participate in the supply chain from production to consumption. He emphasized the importance of planning suitable growing areas for different crops, thereby ensuring sustainable agricultural development.
