In Chieng Mai commune, the Sang Na Tre Agricultural Cooperative was established under the "One Village, One Economic Model" model. Currently, it has 18 members, cultivating 30 hectares of coffee sustainably, from planting and caring for the plants to processing and selling the product. Through trade promotion activities, the cooperative is gradually building a local coffee brand, expanding its market beyond the province, and creating jobs and stable income for its members.
Mr. Cam Van Hoang, Director of Sang Na Tre Agricultural Cooperative, said: "Previously, coffee was mainly sold raw, and the output depended on traders, so the value was not high. Since receiving support from the Provincial Cooperative Union to participate in trade fairs and connect with consumers, the cooperative's coffee products have become known to many partners, and consumption has increased by 20-30%. The cooperative has begun to focus on improving packaging and labeling, and enhancing quality to meet market demands."

In 2025, the Provincial Cooperative Union coordinated and facilitated the participation of cooperatives in 24 trade promotion conferences and fairs both within and outside the province, with a total budget of over 800 million VND. This helped cooperatives access large markets and sign sales contracts with businesses and supermarkets in Hanoi, Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, Ho Chi Minh City, Bac Lieu, etc., reducing their dependence on traditional traders. Support was also provided to cooperatives through consulting on brand and product packaging development; training to improve management capacity; and loan assistance from the Cooperative Development Support Fund.
