The spiritual and cultural tourism complex in Quynh Nhai district covers nearly 14 hectares, situated within the Son La hydroelectric reservoir, with three sides facing the Da River. Following the traditional architectural concept of "mountain-facing, water-facing," the complex includes the following structures: the Linh Son – Thuy Tu and Nang Han temples, relocated and restored in October 2011 and inaugurated in May 2012, based on sacred artifacts from a temple dedicated to the river and mountain gods established before the 17th century in Muong Chien village, Muong Chien commune; and the statue of the Bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara, inaugurated in November 2020. Along with these, the Trung Pagoda, Thuong Pagoda, Ha Pagoda, the Pen Tower, and other supporting structures have been built to meet the needs of local people and tourists seeking to understand the cultural and religious practices of the area, promoting positive values and elements in religious culture, and fostering a virtuous and humane spirit.
