Offering incense at Linh Son - Thuy Tu Temple and Nang Han Temple, the leaders of Quynh Nhai district respectfully thanked the river god and mountain god; expressed gratitude to Nang Han, a female general of the Thai ethnic group who disguised herself as a man to lead troops to repel invaders, bringing a peaceful life to the villagers. The spiritual cultural tourism area of Quynh Nhai district has an area of nearly 14 hectares, located in the space of Son La hydroelectric reservoir, three sides of the land facing the Da River. According to the traditional architectural perspective of sitting on the mountain facing the water, in the whole complex there are works: Linh Son - Thuy Tu and Nang Han Temples were moved and restored in October 2011; inaugurated in May 2012 on the basis of sacred artifacts from the temple worshiping the river god and mountain god established before the 17th century, in Muong Chien village, Muong Chien commune. The statue of Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara was inaugurated in November 2020. Along with that, the works: Trung Pagoda, Thuong Pagoda, Ha Pagoda, Pen Tower and auxiliary items were built, meeting the needs of learning about the cultural beliefs and religious activities of local people and tourists; promoting positive values and factors in religious culture, kindness, humanity "good life, beautiful religion".
