People come to the Chiềng Sinh Ward Public Administrative Service Center to handle procedures.
According to the published results, the level of satisfaction with the services of state administrative agencies in general at the commune and ward level reached 92.7%. Notably, 11 commune and ward People's Committees achieved an absolute satisfaction index of 100%, including: Chiềng Cơi Ward and the communes of Chiềng Khương, Chiềng Mai, Chiềng Sơ, Pắc Ngà, Púng Bánh, Sốp Cộp, Tân Phong, Tô Múa, Tường Hạ, and Thuận Châu.
For departments and agencies, the overall SIPAS index reached 95.29%. The top 5 units in terms of satisfaction level include: the Provincial People's Committee Office, the Department of Internal Affairs, the Department of Industry and Trade, the Department of Construction, and the Department of Science and Technology.
The survey on the Satisfaction Index of Citizens and Organizations with the Services of State Administrative Agencies in 2025 was conducted seriously, with a total of 3,702 valid questionnaires collected, achieving a rate of 95.22%. To ensure integrity, the Sociological Survey Monitoring Team conducted a follow-up verification by making direct phone calls to 760 individuals to confirm their participation in answering the questionnaires.
Based on these results, the Provincial People's Committee requests that agencies and units continue to prioritize the people, focusing on improving areas where people have expressed low satisfaction ratings. For units with low satisfaction levels, strong and decisive measures should be implemented to improve service quality in the coming years.
