The program consists of two parts: Moc Chau in the Beauty of Flowers; and Moc Chau: The Love Story of Lady Ban, performed by 100 amateur actors from Moc Chau ward and the Hoa Ban Folk Song, Cheo, and Hat Van Club.

The program features the work "Dance of Unity" by Comrade Tong Thi Phong - former member of the Politburo, former Standing Vice Chairman of the National Assembly, as well as musicians, poets, and writers from within and outside the province; a large-scale stage, sound, lighting, and modern effects with many unique dance and singing performances, spreading cultural values, promoting tourism, and advertising the image of Moc Chau National Tourist Area in particular and Son La province in general to friends at home and abroad.
