Lieutenant Ca Van Kien, Team Leader of the Mass Mobilization Team at Muong Leo Border Guard Station, shared: "Having studied and fully grasped the spirit of the 14th Party Congress has helped me firmly understand the Party's major policies to disseminate to cadres, Party members, and people in the border area. This is an important basis for doing a better job of mass mobilization, propaganda, and explaining to the people in the Muong Leo border region so that they understand, believe in, and agree with the Party's guidelines and the State's policies."

At Chieng On Border Guard Post, nestled amidst the border mountains and forests, where each border marker is linked to the sacred responsibility of protecting territorial sovereignty, officers and soldiers were given the opportunity to watch the live broadcast of the opening session and stay updated on current events during the working days of the Congress. Lieutenant Colonel Mai The Canh, Deputy Political Officer of Chieng On Border Guard Post, affirmed: "The 14th National Congress of the Party is an important political milestone, opening a new stage of national development and setting strategic directions for the future. We expect that after the Congress, the Party's major policies and guidelines will soon be concretized and put into practice effectively, contributing to the realization of the set goals." This serves as a great source of moral support for officers and soldiers in border areas and provides a foundation for the Border Guard to continue striving to overcome difficulties, safeguard every inch of borderland, and contribute to creating a peaceful and stable environment for the sustainable development of the country.
To strengthen political and ideological education and ensure that 100% of officers and soldiers fully and deeply understand the significance of the 14th National Congress of the Party, the Party Committee and the Command of the Provincial Border Guard Command directed subordinate units to strictly maintain combat readiness during the days of the Congress; strengthen patrols and controls, closely monitor the situation along the border lines; and proactively coordinate with functional forces to maintain political security and social order, preventing any passive or unexpected situations.
