The aspirations of the people extend beyond economic growth to include social welfare, education, healthcare, development of disadvantaged areas; strengthening national unity; and promoting innovation for a more prosperous and happy country. This spirit is clearly demonstrated through the people's active participation in emulation movements to celebrate the Congress, their contributions to Party building, and their expectations for more people-oriented, practical, and effective policies.
The beliefs and expectations of the ethnic minority communities in the province today are not limited to simple wishes for better roads to their villages, well-equipped schools, adequate health centers, or stable livelihoods. They have also crystallized into a strong aspiration to rise up and join the province in its journey of innovation and integration. From each village on the border of the Fatherland, the heartfelt voices of the ethnic minority communities have blended into the common thread of the 16th Congress of the Son La Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030, creating enduring unity and unwavering faith in the Party's leadership.
The Congress is not only an intellectual forum for formulating strategic decisions for the new journey, but also a spiritual anchor, inspiring self-reliance and self-improvement in every citizen. From here, the orientations for socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, and preserving the cultural identity of ethnic groups will be concretized through practical actions. The Congress is a celebration of faith, aspirations, and responsibility, aiming to build Son La province into a rapidly developing, sustainable, and culturally rich province, so that the happiness of the people is increasingly nurtured and strengthened.
