Son La province has identified this as a key trade promotion activity at the beginning of the year, contributing to promoting the local image and distinctive products, boosting agricultural product consumption, and expanding investment, trade, and tourism connections during the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026.
Accordingly, Son La province participated with a 200m² exhibition area in the "Spring in the Homeland - Products from Four Corners of the Country" section, focusing on introducing OCOP products, safe agricultural products, and typical rural industrial products; while also communicating about the socio-economic development achievements, potential, advantages, and investment attraction policies of Son La province.
Specifically, the focus is on affirming the quality, value, and brand of Son La agricultural products; spreading the image of a region producing commercial agricultural products, applying science and technology, linked to processing and markets; and introducing a transparent investment environment that supports businesses. Through this, it contributes to enhancing the confidence of consumers, partners, and domestic and foreign investors.
Along with the exhibition, Son La province organized cultural exchange programs, art performances, and experiences of the cultural spaces of Son La's ethnic groups; strengthening trade connections, meeting with businesses, distribution systems, and localities.
Participating in the Fair helps create opportunities for businesses and cooperatives in Son La province to connect with distribution systems and e-commerce platforms, expand their consumer markets; promote production-consumption linkages, and encourage innovation in processing, packaging, and marketing of agricultural products.
This is an opportunity for consumers to access quality products with clear origins, contributing to the effective implementation of the "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods" campaign.
The People's Committee of Son La province has assigned the Provincial Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Center to take the lead and coordinate with relevant departments and agencies to intensify publicity before, during, and after the Fair, ensuring timely and accurate information, and creating a positive impact on the image of Son La as a dynamic, integrated, and developing province.
