Unlike traditional mustard varieties usually grown for seeds or animal feed, this field uses a Japanese mustard variety characterized by large leaves, vibrant yellow color, and stems that reach above knee height.

With an area of ​​over 10 hectares, the gardeners have implemented a staggered planting method to ensure continuous flowering until the Lunar New Year. Each flowering period is at its most vibrant for about two weeks before transitioning to the fruiting stage. Thanks to the fertile soil, the flowers here bloom evenly and beautifully, creating endless golden carpets stretching across the hillsides.
