On January 29th, a conference was held at the Provincial Border Guard Command to sign a cooperation agreement between the Party Committee of the Provincial Border Guard Command and the Party Committees of border communes.

The conference marked the signing of a coordination agreement between the Party Committee of the Provincial Border Guard Command and the Party Committees of the border communes.

The conference agreed on the regulations, principles, content, responsibilities, methods, and coordination mechanisms between the Party Committee of the Provincial Border Guard Command and the Party Committees of border communes in leading and directing the tasks of managing and protecting national territorial sovereignty and border security; and building a strong all-people border defense system at the local level.
Accordingly, the Party Committee of the Provincial Border Guard Command and the Party Committees of border communes regularly exchange information on the border situation and the policies, strategies, and measures of border defense work; the situation, results, and local policies on economic and social development, strengthening national defense and security, Party building, building the political system, and mass mobilization work in the border areas of the province. They coordinate in implementing international cooperation on border defense, border defense diplomacy, and handling events related to the border, border gates, and border areas of the province in accordance with the law.
