The team of artists and writers in Son La province has actively created many literary and artistic works of high ideological and artistic value, vividly and truthfully reflecting the realities of life, the process of reform, integration, and development. Son La Provincial Party Secretary Hoang Van Nghiem presented the A prize to the winning teams at the meeting.

At the meeting, Mr. Hoang Van Nghiem, Secretary of the Son La Provincial Party Committee, acknowledged and praised the important contributions of the press agencies, artists, intellectuals, and scientists to the development of Son La.

The Secretary of the Son La Provincial Party Committee emphasized that 2026 is a year of special significance with many important political events for the country and the province. Therefore, media agencies need to continue to adhere closely to the guiding principles, objectives, and key political tasks; and promote the dissemination of Party resolutions into practice.

Timely reporting of good models, exemplary advanced practices, and good people and good deeds; proactively combating and refuting erroneous and hostile viewpoints, contributing to strengthening the Party's ideological foundation and encouraging the patriotic emulation movement.

For intellectuals and scientists, the Secretary of the Son La Provincial Party Committee requested that they continue to proactively propose research topics and projects with high applicability, focusing on key and urgent areas that serve sustainable socio-economic development.

On this occasion, the Steering Committee for the Son La Provincial Press Award on Party Building reported on the results of the 2025 Award implementation.

Accordingly, the organizing committee received 66 entries across 5 journalistic categories, including: 13 print articles, 12 online articles, 11 photojournalism entries, 19 television entries, and 11 radio entries.

The submitted works closely adhered to the theme and ensured quality; many were meticulously crafted, deeply reflecting reality, highlighting the leadership role of the Son La Provincial Party Committee, and simultaneously disseminating good and innovative practices, contributing to shaping public opinion and proposing many practical solutions.

As a result, the judging panel selected 24 works to award prizes, including 4 A prizes, 5 B prizes, 5 C prizes, and 10 Consolation prizes.

On this occasion, the People's Committee of Son La province awarded Certificates of Commendation to the authors and groups of authors who won the A prize in the 2025 Journalism Award on Party Building.
