The provincial delegation listened to reports from the leaders of the Fire and Rescue Team of Area 3 and the Moc Chau and Moc Son wards on the socio-economic development situation; the work of ensuring security and order; and ensuring that people could enjoy the Lunar New Year of the Year of the Horse 2026. Accordingly, the Fire and Rescue Team of Area 3 proactively developed a plan for Tet holiday duty, deployed forces, vehicles, and equipment; strictly maintained the duty regime, ready to promptly handle any arising situations, ensuring the safety of people during the Tet holiday. The wards have stabilized their organizational structure and operation according to the synchronized and smooth two-tier government model; effectively implemented tasks related to socio-economic development, national defense and security, Party building, and strengthening the local political system.

They have ensured the supply of essential goods and necessities for the people during Tet; strictly controlled food safety, combated counterfeit and substandard goods in the area; and increased patrols to ensure security and order, prevent fires, and strictly handle social vices so that people can enjoy Tet with peace of mind.

Speaking at the inspection and assessment, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that units and localities continue to review and closely monitor the living conditions of the people, especially poor and near-poor households, policy beneficiary families, elderly people living alone, people with disabilities, and disadvantaged workers, to ensure that everyone and every family has a happy Tet holiday. They should proactively develop plans to ensure security, social order, and safety, prevent crime and social evils, ensure traffic safety, prevent fires and explosions, and ensure food safety. They should also organize appropriate, joyful, healthy, and economical activities to celebrate the Party and the Spring Festival.
