In addition, the Provincial Border Guard Command, in coordination with sponsors, distributed over 1,500 gift packages containing food and essential goods to policy beneficiary families and poor households; presented 30 gift packages (each worth 400,000 VND) including books, notebooks, cakes, candies, etc., along with 100,000 VND in cash to disadvantaged but academically excellent students; organized a "Zero-Cost Booth" serving 750 people; and provided free medical examinations, health consultations, and medicine to nearly 1,200 people. The total value of the program was over 1 billion VND.

Besides organizing cultural, artistic, and sports activities, the Border Guard Posts, in coordination with local Party committees, authorities, and sponsors, distributed 1,527 gift packages containing food and essential goods (rice, blankets, mosquito nets, warm clothes, etc.) to policy beneficiary families and people in difficult circumstances in the area; distributed over 600 gift packages to students and children of Border Guard Posts under the "Nurturing Green Seeds of the Border - Steadfast Towards the Future" model; donated one bridge (worth 680 million VND), 354 warm jackets, two computer sets, two printers, 97 solar-powered lamps, five pairs of breeding livestock, and 45,000 tea plants to disadvantaged women members and local Women's Unions; organized "Zero-Cost Stalls" and food stalls, cooking 400 free meals for the people. Free haircuts were provided to nearly 400 people; free health check-ups, consultations, and medication were given to 680 people... The total value of these programs was over 3 billion VND.
