At the conference, delegates were informed about: the preparation and publication of the official list of candidates for the commune-level People's Council in each electoral unit; the posting of the official list and brief biographies of candidates (including the official list and brief biographies of candidates for the National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels); leadership, direction, and organization of the resolution of complaints and denunciations regarding candidates, and the preparation of the list of candidates for the commune-level People's Council (if any) according to authority; the preparation of minutes summarizing the election of commune-level People's Council representatives; the announcement of election results and the list of elected commune-level People's Council representatives; the election summary report; the duties, powers, and operating principles of the polling station; the preparatory work of the polling station before Election Day; the work performed on Election Day by the polling station; and the vote counting procedure.

Comrade Nguyen Dinh Viet, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, delivered a speech.

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Nguyen Dinh Viet, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, requested that immediately after this training session, delegates, in their assigned positions and responsibilities, should continue to carefully study the documents; proactively advise local Party committees and authorities on the synchronized and rigorous implementation of election tasks according to schedule and regulations; strengthen coordination among agencies, units, and localities; promptly detect and handle difficulties and obstacles arising at the grassroots level, avoiding passivity and surprises. In case of difficulties or obstacles beyond their authority, they should promptly report to the Party committee at the same level and the Provincial Election Committee (through the Department of Internal Affairs - the Standing Agency of the Provincial Election Committee) for consideration and resolution or report to the competent authority as prescribed. Election committees at all levels need to uphold a sense of responsibility, focus on leading, directing, inspecting, and closely supervising the entire process of preparing and organizing the election; Strengthening propaganda efforts to ensure that cadres, Party members, and the people fully understand the meaning and importance of the election, thereby actively participating and fully exercising their rights and obligations as citizens, successfully organizing the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and deputies to People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term, contributing to building a socialist rule of law state of the people, by the people, and for the people.
