OCOP products that are recognized are valid for 3 years from the date of issuance of the Decision, and are allowed to use the OCOP trademark and star rating on the packaging as prescribed. The Provincial People's Committee assigns the Department of Agriculture and Environment to preside over the announcement and public disclosure of the results; guide localities and producers to comply with regulations on the use of the OCOP trademark; and coordinate with relevant departments and agencies to support trade promotion and expand the market for the products.
