During this year's April 30th and May 1st holidays, the Golden Forest Ecotourism Area (Noong Duc village, Chieng Sinh ward, Son La province) became an attractive destination, drawing a large number of tourists from near and far. Over the three-day holiday, the area welcomed more than 2,000 visitors.

Located less than 10km from Northwest Square in Son La province, this place impresses with its fresh, cool atmosphere under the canopy of a bamboo forest spanning tens of hectares. Visitors can stroll through the lush green bamboo forest, take photos at unique scenic spots such as the windmill path, the heart-shaped path, the giant bird's nest, or the charming little huts. Furthermore, visitors can immerse themselves in the sounds of nature – the buzzing of cicadas, the rustling of the wind, and the melodious tunes of the Northwest region – creating a relaxing and poetic atmosphere. The local cuisine is also a highlight, with specialties such as grilled fish, free-range chicken, local pork, bamboo rice, and sticky rice… all imbued with the flavors of the mountains and forests. At night, visitors can participate in bonfires, bamboo dances, and circle dances, creating a vibrant atmosphere rich in cultural identity.
