On the afternoon of September 18th, Mr. Dang Ngoc Hau, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, chaired a meeting with relevant departments and units to prepare the content and conditions for the provincial delegation's visit and working trip to Hua Phan province, Lao People's Democratic Republic.

A delegation from the province, led by Mr. Hoang Van Nghiem, Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, is expected to visit and work in Hua Phan province, Lao People's Democratic Republic, for two days at the end of September 2026. According to the program, the delegation will pay a courtesy call to the Secretary of the Hua Phan Provincial Party Committee; exchange and assess the results of cooperation between the two provinces in the past; and agree on directions for future cooperation.

During the meeting, the agencies and units reviewed the progress of their assigned tasks, focusing on preparing the content, procedures, means, logistics, protocol, and other conditions to serve the delegation.
Speaking at the meeting, Comrade Dang Ngoc Hau requested that agencies and units proactively coordinate and carefully review each task, ensuring thorough and proper preparation in accordance with regulations. The discussions should be meticulously prepared, closely adhering to the cooperation program between Son La and Hua Phan, contributing to further strengthening the cooperative relationship between the two provinces and fostering the great friendship, special solidarity, and comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and Laos.
