Comrade Ha Trung Chien delivered a speech to encourage the children at the Provincial Social Protection Center.

Currently, the Provincial Social Protection Center is caring for and nurturing 128 children with special circumstances. On the occasion of the Mid-Autumn Festival, the Center organized many meaningful activities for the children such as cultural exchanges, games, feasting, and health check-ups; and received many gifts from agencies, organizations, businesses, and philanthropists, contributing to bringing the children a warm and fulfilling Mid-Autumn Festival.

Sharing in the difficulties faced by the staff of the Provincial Social Protection Center, Comrade Ha Trung Chien kindly inquired about their well-being, offered encouragement, and expressed his hope that the Center would continue to uphold its sense of responsibility and dedicate its love to caring for and nurturing the children. He also encouraged the children to strive for excellence in their studies and training, confidently integrate into the community, and become useful citizens for society.

On this occasion, the Provincial People's Committee, the Department of Health, and the Urban Environment and Services Joint Stock Company presented meaningful gifts to children at the Provincial Social Protection Center. This activity demonstrates the concern of the Party Committee, the government, and the community, working together to care for, protect, and create conditions for children with special circumstances to develop comprehensively.
