In accordance with Decision No. 547/QD-UBND dated February 24, 2026 and Decision No. 1277/QD-UBND dated May 29, 2026 of the People's Committee of Son La province on assigning agencies, units, and enterprises to be responsible for and assist communes in Zone III in the province during the 2026-2030 period, the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Department was assigned the task of being responsible for and assisting Phieng Khoai commune, in coordination with Vietcombank Son La Branch. In the third quarter of 2026, the units surveyed and selected support activities suitable to the local needs.

The organizations presented symbolic plaques representing their financial support for the installation of a computer lab and projector at Kim Chung Primary School.
Accordingly, 60 million VND was provided to build a solar-powered lighting system in Lao Kho 2 village - Bo Rom; and a computer room with 25 computers, 1 projector, 1 printer, and 25 microphones and headphones was installed for Kim Chung Primary School, worth 100 million VND. These projects contribute to improving living conditions, ensuring security and safety for the people, and creating opportunities for students in disadvantaged areas to access information technology, thereby improving the quality of teaching and learning.

On this occasion, the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Department presented 10 gifts to 10 disadvantaged students in the commune; Vietcombank Hoan Kiem Branch donated 1,600 notebooks and school supplies, and 15 boxes of confectionery worth 30 million VND to the teachers and students of Kim Chung Primary School; and presented 20 gifts to disadvantaged students.
