At each booth, participating units showcased design ideas, products, models, and solutions related to science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation; highlighting their key features, effectiveness, and applicability, connecting them to the province's practical needs. In addition to the displays, many booths organized demonstrations and hands-on activities, allowing visitors to directly access new products and solutions. Each unit had a maximum of 5 minutes to present, introduce, and answer questions from the judging panel.

The booths were judged on a 100-point scale, based on four criteria: scientific, technological, innovative, and digital transformation content; effectiveness and applicability; presentation, recognition, and experience; and explanation, interaction, and networking. Through this competition, agencies, units, businesses, cooperatives, and educational institutions showcased their research results, new products, and solutions; strengthened connections and exchanges; and promoted the application of science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation in practice.

The judging panel will select outstanding booths to award 1 First Prize, 1 Second Prize, 2 Third Prizes, and 3 Consolation Prizes.
