During his visits to the families, General Secretary and President To Lam cordially inquired about their health, expressed gratitude for the immense contributions of wounded soldiers and those who have rendered meritorious services to the revolution in the cause of national defense; and hoped that wounded soldiers and those who have rendered meritorious services would always be shining examples in implementing the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws and regulations, so that future generations can learn from and emulate them.
General Secretary and President To Lam affirmed that the Party and State always remember the great contributions and sacrifices of the heroic martyrs, wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, and those who have rendered meritorious services to the revolution; and at the same time requested local Party committees and authorities to continue to pay more attention to and better care for the material and spiritual lives of policy beneficiary families and those who have rendered meritorious services in their localities.
