At the Viet Bac hot spring resort, weekends are always crowded with tourists coming to bathe in the hot springs and relax. After more than 10 years of development, the facility now has 4 outdoor mineral baths, 14 private mineral bath rooms, along with accommodation, a restaurant serving food and drinks, and various experiential services for tourists. Mr. Lo Van Hac, the owner of the facility, said: "My family regularly invests in upgrading the facilities to meet the needs of tourists. By 2025, the facility expects to welcome approximately 4,000 visitors, generating nearly 3 billion VND in revenue and creating regular employment for more than 10 local workers."

Along with existing facilities, Ngoc Chien commune continues to invite individuals and businesses to invest and improve the quality of services in Luot village. Tao Village is currently completing the final stages and is expected to open in August this year. The resort is invested in according to a health care and relaxation model, including a system of hot mineral baths, accommodation, sauna, wet baths, dry baths, a herbal bath area of the Red Dao people, and other dining and relaxation services.

The hot springs in Luot village are becoming a distinctive tourism product, making a significant contribution to the tourism development of Ngoc Chien commune. In the first six months of the year, the commune welcomed over 15,000 visitors; of which about 80-90% chose to experience the hot spring bathing service in Luot village combined with sightseeing, relaxation, and exploring local culture.
To effectively manage and utilize natural hot spring resources for tourism development, the People's Committee of Ngoc Chien commune regularly disseminates information and guides business households in Luot village to comply with legal regulations; strengthens inspection and handling of cases of illegal exploitation and use of mineral water resources, ensuring that resources are used for the right purpose, economically and sustainably.

Mr. Lo Van Thoa, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Ngoc Chien commune, said: Currently, in Luot village, there are 7 households operating hot spring bathing services combined with accommodation, serving the relaxation needs of tourists. The commune continues to support households in Luot village in completing the necessary documents and procedures to develop tourism services; encouraging investment to improve the quality of accommodation, relaxation and health care facilities. At the same time, it will strengthen the management of hot spring water sources, resolutely prevent illegal exploitation, and link tourism development with environmental protection and the preservation of local cultural identity.
The natural hot springs in Luot village are becoming a prominent advantage, contributing to the unique appeal of tourism in Ngoc Chien. Harmoniously combined with the pristine landscape and traditional cultural identity, this will be the driving force for Luot village to attract more and more tourists, creating sustainable livelihoods and improving the quality of life for local people.
