The Party Committee, government, and people of Son La province pledged to President Ho Chi Minh their unwavering faith in the Party's leadership; to care for and support wounded soldiers, families of martyrs, and those entitled to preferential policies; and to recognize this as a responsibility, a moral obligation, and a noble gesture to honor and repay the great sacrifices of those who spared no blood and bone for the independence and freedom of the nation.
