On the morning of July 27th, comrades Hoang Van Nghiem, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Lo Minh Hung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Dinh Viet, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; along with comrades in the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; and leaders of provincial departments, agencies, and organizations laid flowers and offered incense at the Monument of President Ho Chi Minh with the people of the Northwest ethnic groups, the Temple of President Ho Chi Minh at the Northwest Square; visited the Son La Prison Martyrs' Cemetery; and offered incense in commemoration of the heroic martyrs of Son La Prison, on the occasion of the 79th anniversary of the Day of War Invalids and Martyrs (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2026).

Laying flowers at the Monument to President Ho Chi Minh with the people of the Northwest ethnic groups and offering incense at the Ho Chi Minh Memorial Temple, the provincial leaders expressed their profound respect and boundless gratitude for the immense contributions of President Ho Chi Minh, the brilliant leader, the great teacher of the Vietnamese revolution, the outstanding fighter of the international communist and workers' movement, and the exceptional cultural figure. The Party Committee, government, and people of Son La province pledged to President Ho Chi Minh their unwavering faith in the Party's leadership; to care for and support wounded soldiers, families of martyrs, and those entitled to preferential policies; and to recognize this as a responsibility, a moral obligation, and a noble gesture to honor and repay the great sacrifices of those who spared no blood and bone for the independence and freedom of the nation.

At the Son La Prison Martyrs' Cemetery and the Memorial House for Heroic Martyrs, provincial leaders laid wreaths, offered incense, and deeply remembered the immense contributions of the heroic martyrs who bravely sacrificed their lives for the cause of national independence and reunification; pledging to work together with unity of purpose and determination to protect the revolutionary achievements of the Party and the nation.
