On the morning of April 25, the delegation of Son La province led by comrade Nguyen Huu Dong, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, offered incense to commemorate the heroic martyrs who sacrificed their lives in the Dien Bien Phu Campaign at the Dien Bien Phu Battlefield Martyrs' Temple and A1 National Martyrs' Cemetery, Dien Bien Phu city.
Attending the incense offering ceremony were comrades: Hoang Quoc Khanh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Thai Hung, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; comrades of the National Assembly Delegation, Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province; leaders of a number of provincial departments and branches.

Visiting the Dien Bien Phu Historical Victory Museum, the provincial leaders and the delegation viewed the system of exhibits on the 1954 Dien Bien Phu Campaign and the largest panorama of the Dien Bien Phu Campaign in Southeast Asia and one of the three largest in the world. This project has extremely important historical, cultural, architectural and display content significance, ensuring the requirements of quality and technique, worthy of the victory "Resounding throughout the five continents, shaking the world".
