On the morning of April 25th, a delegation from Son La province, led by Comrade Nguyen Huu Dong, Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, offered incense to commemorate the heroic martyrs who sacrificed their lives in the Dien Bien Phu Campaign at the Dien Bien Phu Battlefield Martyrs' Memorial Temple and the A1 National Martyrs' Cemetery in Dien Bien Phu city.
Attending the incense offering ceremony were: Mr. Hoang Quoc Khanh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Nguyen Thai Hung, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; members of the National Assembly delegation, the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee, and the Provincial Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; and leaders of several provincial departments and agencies.

The delegation laid wreaths, offered incense, and paid tribute to the heroes and martyrs, expressing boundless gratitude for the immense contributions of President Ho Chi Minh and remembering the sacrifices of the heroes and martyrs, the generations of ancestors who bravely fought and died for the cause of national liberation, regaining peace, independence, and freedom for the nation.
Upholding revolutionary traditions, the Party Committee, government, and people of all ethnic groups in Son La province pledge to continue striving, working together to overcome difficulties, and resolutely building Son La province into a green, rapidly developing, and sustainable province, worthy of the great sacrifices of the heroic martyrs for the revolutionary cause of the Party and the Vietnamese nation.

Visiting the Dien Bien Phu Historical Victory Museum, provincial leaders and the delegation viewed the exhibits of artifacts related to the 1954 Dien Bien Phu Campaign and the largest panoramic painting of the Dien Bien Phu Campaign in Southeast Asia, and one of the three largest in the world. This project is of immense historical, cultural, and architectural significance, and its exhibition content meets the quality and technical requirements, befitting the victory that "shook the world and resonated across five continents."
