The Vietnam-Laos International Tourism Company, located in Thai Binh province, is the operator of this tour. This travel agency has many years of experience, welcoming tourists from Thai Binh and other coastal provinces of Northern Vietnam to visit provinces in Laos via border crossings. The company also has branch offices in various provinces of Laos. In accordance with the cooperation agreement, the company's tour group successfully opened an international route from Xieng Khouang province through Hua Phan province and entered Vietnam via the Long Sap national border gate.
