Promoting the work of building cultural life in residential areas associated with the implementation of the national target program on building new rural areas, building towns that meet urban civilized standards; building a civilized lifestyle in weddings, funerals, and festivals; pushing back backward customs and social evils, preventing and pushing back the degradation of social ethics...

To develop Vietnamese people comprehensively, Moc Chau district has implemented synchronous solutions to improve the quality of education, such as: Developing a plan to implement tasks for the school year; proactively innovating and improving the quality of the work of reviewing and selecting cadres and teachers to participate in training, professional development, and studying political theory, ensuring the improvement of the quality of the team. In the past 5 years, 68 managers and teachers have participated in training in educational management skills, 113 managers and teachers have been trained in political theory; 913 people have been trained in professional development, etc.

Every year, the district organizes competitions for excellent teachers at all levels and competitions for excellent students. It organizes capacity assessment tests for more than 1,100 primary and secondary school teachers to build a basis for accurate and objective assessment of the staff and teachers; enhances the responsibility for self-study and regular training of the teaching staff. In addition, the district also allocates budget to invest in facilities for teaching and learning; completely eliminates temporary and borrowed classrooms; invests in facilities and equipment for teaching and learning of staff, teachers and students.

Along with that, Moc Chau promotes moral education and lifestyle for the younger generation in conjunction with traditional education at historical and cultural sites in the area. Focusing on members of the Youth Union, youth, and children of schools; students of training courses at the district's Political Training Center. There have been 251 delegations with nearly 15,000 people visiting historical and cultural sites, works of historical significance, humanistic values, martyrs' cemeteries, and memorials in the district.

Implementing the movement "Building the cultural beauty and people of Moc Chau", the District People's Committee has developed a Code of Conduct with regulations on behavioral standards; self-awareness of compliance with legal regulations, internal rules, and common rules of the community. Forming habits, standards, and cultural beauty of Moc Chau people; aiming for each Moc Chau resident to be a friendly and hospitable collaborator, tour guide, and tourism propagandist.

The movement, which was actively responded to by officials and people, has created a good impression on tourists about the friendly and hospitable people of Moc Chau; the number of visitors to Moc Chau is increasing. Since the beginning of the year, Moc Chau has welcomed over 1,158,000 tourists, and this year's holiday season alone, on average, it welcomes over 10,000 tourists per day. Coming to Moc Chau during the April 30 and May 1 holidays, Ms. Hoang Phuong Linh, a tourist from Hai Phong city, shared: Coming to Moc Chau, there are many beautiful landscapes and many cultural features typical of ethnic groups. In particular, I am very impressed by the friendly and hospitable people of Moc Chau, I will definitely return to this land.

Improving physical strength, physical education, and stature of Vietnamese people, Moc Chau has effectively implemented the campaign "All people exercise following the example of great Uncle Ho". Up to now, in Moc Chau district, the rate of people participating in regular physical training has reached 23.5%; the rate of families practicing physical training has reached 17.5%; maintaining the activities of 59 sports clubs in the district. The construction of village covenants and conventions with new contents in a civilized and progressive direction has had a positive impact on preserving and developing traditional culture, customs, and good practices in the community; building a healthy social environment, creating a favorable environment for economic development and preserving national identity. In 2023, the whole district has 83% of households; 78.3% of villages and sub-areas achieving cultural titles.

With the motto of "taking the beauty, eliminating the ugliness", every year, the district organizes a conference to honor typical examples in various fields. Over the past 10 years, 132 collectives and 654 individuals with outstanding achievements in the patriotic emulation movement, contributing to the socio-economic development of the district, have been honored; 86 typical enterprises and cooperatives, over 1,000 typical production and business households in the agricultural sector have been commended, creating a spread in the community, contributing significantly to moral education and lifestyle through the method of setting an example.

It can be seen that the implementation of Resolution No. 33-NQ/TW in Moc Chau district has a strong influence, creating positive changes in the awareness and actions of cadres, party members and people; many new and positive features in cultural values ​​and ethical standards have been gradually formed, the cultural and spiritual life of the people has been constantly improved, good traditional culture has been preserved, creating a good impression on tourists when visiting Moc Chau - the world's leading regional natural destination.
