On the morning of May 4th, 70 cyclists from 10 teams continued to compete in stage 4, from Son La city to Dien Bien city.
The racers started at Northwest Square, Son La city.
Before the start of stage 4, the racing team paraded around Son La city and received enthusiastic support from the local people.

Stage 4, themed "Advancing into Muong Thanh," covers a distance of 155km. The route includes many winding mountain passes with steep inclines; riders will have to overcome the Son La, Pha Din, and Tang Quai passes, which are challenging even for professional cyclists. This requires riders to have excellent physical fitness, maintain tactical discipline, and possess the experience to accelerate and reach the finish line in Dien Bien Phu city.

Tomorrow morning, May 5th, the racers will embark on the 5th and final stage of the race, themed "The Song of Victory".
