In the heroic atmosphere of the 70 anniversary of the historic victory of Dien Bien Phu (7/5/1954 – 7/5/2024); 65 years where Uncle Ho and the Central Working Group visited and talked with the Northwest ethnic people in Son La (7/5/1959 – 7/5/2024); 5 the year of inauguration of the Uncle Ho Monument with people of the Northwest ethnic groups and 134 years of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (19/5/1890 – 19/5/2024), 6/5 day, Standing Provincial Party Committee, The People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Son La province and the Working Delegation of the Ministry of National Defense, Bac Lieu province came to offer flowers at Uncle Ho's Monument to people of Northwest ethnic groups and offered incense to Uncle Ho's Temple at Tay Bac square, Son La city.
