Meeting between Yen Chau District Military Command and Xieng Kho District Military Command in 2022.

         The Military Commands of Yen Chau and Xieng Kho districts informed about the economic and social development situation, social order and safety of the two districts. Implementing the memorandum of understanding, the Military Commands of the two districts have performed well the role of advising the local Party Committee and government, closely coordinating with departments, branches, unions, and relevant forces to effectively carry out local defense and military tasks. Consolidating and building a strong district armed force, successfully completing all assigned tasks.

           At the Conference, the Military Commands of the two districts signed a memorandum of understanding for 2023, focusing on the following contents: The two units coordinate with the border guards of both sides to strengthen cooperation in protecting the border line, border markers, and ensuring political security in the areas on both sides of the border. Facilitate the militia and self-defense forces and forces stationed in the border areas to regularly exchange information and resolve issues related to border security of the two districts. Contribute to building a peaceful, friendly, cooperative and developed border.
