The two provinces have effectively coordinated propaganda efforts within the political system and among the people regarding the special traditional solidarity and friendship between the two countries, creating favorable conditions for people from both sides to visit relatives, exchange culture, and conduct trade. On the occasion of the traditional Lunar New Year and National Day of both countries, the two provinces sent congratulatory letters and coordinated the direction of relevant levels and sectors on each side to organize practical activities to celebrate, especially exchange activities for students at educational institutions…
