The highlight is the art program "Indulge in a date night" with the content of announcing a type IV urban area; announcing the National Intangible Cultural Heritage List for 3 heritages: "Rain Praying Festival" of the White Thai people, Muong Sang commune, districtMoc Chau; Decorative art on costumes of the Dao Tien people; Mo Muong rituals of the Muong ethnic group. Introducing the unique culture of ethnic groups in Moc Chau district; introducing the world's leading regional natural destinations through the seasons "Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter".
