In 2022, the Bach Long Glass Bridge was certified by Guinness World Records (GWR) as the world's longest pedestrian glass bridge with a total length of 632m.
Bach Long Glass Bridge is designed in a modern style with a total investment of up to 773 billion VND. The bridge has two towers 30m high, solidly designed with load-bearing cables imported from Korea, drilled 30m deep. The height of the bridge deck from the ground is 150m.
The bridge spans two mountain peaks, with the section spanning the cliff measuring 290m long and the clearance to the water surface being 145m. The width of the bridge deck is 2.4m and the section above the cliff is 1.5m.
The entire cable car system is imported from Korea, each cable bundle has 7 strands with a diameter of 50mm. The bridge surface uses super-strengthened glass from Saint Gobain, France, including 3 layers and 40mm thick. The bridge is also equipped with an eye-catching lighting system, creating a sparkling effect at night.
Bach Long Glass Bridge also has a 342m long Skywalk running along the cliff with a 150m deep abyss. On the Skywalk, there are two protruding points 3m wide and 5m long, allowing visitors to take check-in photos and enjoy a panoramic view of the tourist area. At the end of the bridge is Chim Than Cave (or Muong Mooc Cave) with natural stalactites 400-500m long.
