Delegates attending the Exchange Program at the Son La Provincial Military Command bridge point

Attending the program were Lieutenant General Pham Duc Duyen, Party Committee Secretary, Political Commissar of the Military Region; comrades in the Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Military Region Command and 135 outstanding collectives and individuals in the emulation movement "Determination to Win" of the Military Region's Armed Forces, period 2019 - 2024. The program was organized online with 26 connecting points in the Military Region's Armed Forces.

Over the past 5 years, emulation and reward work and the "Determined to Win" emulation movement have been closely organized and implemented by Party committees and commanders of agencies and units, with many innovative and creative ways of doing things, becoming a driving force, a source of encouragement and motivation for cadres, employees and emulation soldiers to excellently complete all assigned tasks, contributing to building a strong and comprehensive "exemplary and typical" agency and unit.

At the program, advanced models shared good experiences, creative ways, and effective models in implementing the "Determined to Win" emulation movement in agencies and units throughout the Military Region. 93 individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing the "Determined to Win" emulation movement in the period of 2019 - 2024 were commended and honored by the Military Region Command.

Lieutenant General Pham Duc Duyen, Party Secretary and Political Commissar of the Military Region, requested Party committees, commanders at all levels and officers and soldiers in the Military Region's armed forces to strive to study, practice, improve awareness, mettle, capacity and qualifications, be exemplary and dedicated to work and tasks through concrete actions, good, creative and effective ways of doing things to continue spreading the qualities of "Uncle Ho's soldiers". Strengthen strict discipline and order, build internal solidarity and unity, solidarity between the army and the people and effectively implement international solidarity; be ready to receive and excellently complete all assigned tasks.
